BridgerFunding.com provides an assortment of online services and web-enabled applications for commercial real estate finance institutions and their clients. We value our users' privacy and we take privacy issues very seriously. User information we collect is considered private and we do not share it with other parties without the user's prior permission. Information users provide us is used solely for the benefit of enhancing our online services.
What do we do with the information you provide us?
BridgerFunding.com gives users an opportunity to input their information in the "Become a Client" section of the website to facilitate Bridger's communication with them. This information is stored in our secured database. BridgerFunding.com tracks the IP address of a user's computer. This is done to facilitate internal statistics records and to monitor navigation pattern through the site. Registered users are able to price loans using our Bridger Interactive Pricing System (BIPS). Users input certain parameters into the form fields upon which BIPS provides them with certain financial information. Users can also download loan documents from our Document Library. We track user sessions with cookies in this part of the website for the purpose of forwarding usage records to our clients and to gauge usage of our Document Library.
Cookies are used to both store and retrieve specific information on the client side of the connection. The addition of a simple, persistent, client-side state significantly extends the capabilities of our web site's functionality.
Email addresses we collect are used to communicate with Bridger's clients for website updates and newly added loan documents made available on site. Bridger may use the collected e-mails for distributing a periodical newsletter. BridgerFunding.com may use users' information in the future for the purpose of implementing customer service, marketing, research and business development. Upon request, all users have the option of being removed from this distribution list by sending an e-mail to bridgerAssistance@bridgerfunding.com or by calling us at 415-331-3220.
In the interest of expanding its online endeavors BridgerFunding.com is and will further engage in business collaboration with other websites and businesses. Bridger is making an effort to make sure that other websites and companies treat privacy issues as seriously as Bridger. It should be noted, however, that Bridger can not be responsible for privacy policies of other websites that users may visit as a result of visiting BridgerFunding.com.
