By clicking on a particular loan's "Property Name" field you will go to the dedicated Loan Detail page for that loan. An information bar across the upper portion of the page includes data on the loan's parent portfolio (number of loans, aggregate outstanding principal balance, WAC, WAM, WALTV and WADSC) and a narrative on the portfolio.

The left hand column on the Loan Detail page includes a list of all loans contained in that particular portfolio. The box next to each loan name can be clicked to include a loan in a LoanAnalyzer pricing analysis.

The middle and right hand side of the Loan Detail page has a description of characteristics of the loan.

Below the narrative and Loan Detail is the Property Detail section pertaining to a loan's collateral.
