When you access BankXchange® from BridgerFunding.com, the first page you see is the loan list, providing: (1) a list of loan portfolios currently for sale, and (2) highlights of recent portfolios transacted using the BankXchange® network.
To view information on recent BankXchange® transactions, click on View Recent Sales. The descriptions of completed engagements include portfolio size, a description of the Buyer and Seller and interesting characteristics about the loans in the portfolio.
Loans Portfolios for Sale provides summary information on different portfolios being offered through the BankXchange® network, including the name of the portfolio, a portfolio ID code number, the number of loans in a portfolio, the aggregate outstanding principal balance owing under the portfolio, the Weighted Average Coupon ("WAC") of the notes, Weighted Average Maturity ("WAM"), Weighted Average Loan-to-Value Ratio ("WALTV"), Weighted Average Debt Service Coverage Ratio ("WADSC") and a brief portfolio narrative.
By clicking on a particular portfolio's name (in blue), you will go to the first page of that portfolio's Loan Detail page (however, if you have not logged in yet, you'll be asked to provide your User I.D. and Password prior to viewing details on the loan portfolio).
To view loans within a portfolio, expand the portfolio by clicking on the small box to the left of the portfolio name with a "+" in it. To expand all portfolios listed, click "Expand All" just below "Loan Portfolios for Sale". An expanded Portfolio will show high level information on each loan including the property type, principal balance, whether the loan is Performing or Non-Performing, a Fixed vs. Adjustable interest rate loan, the Maturity date, Loan-to-Value ratio ("LTV"), Debt Service Coverage Ratio ("DSCR") and Coupon rate of interest. To close a portfolio click on the same small box which now has a "-" in it. To close all portfolios, click on "Collapse All" just below "Loan Portfolios for Sale".
For those loans that are of interest, click on "Property Name" in blue lettering to access the Loan Detail page for that loan. The Detail pages include in-depth loan and property data, photos if available and a narrative on the credit.
To ensure Borrower and Seller privacy you will be prompted to enter a User I.D. and Password. If you are already registered with BridgerFunding.com, your same User I.D. and Password will gain you entry. If you are new to BridgerFunding.com, click on "Click here to register", enter the information requested and you will be provided a User I.D. and Password by email within 24 hours.
If you wish to include a particular loan in a customized LoanAnalyzer calculation, click the box immediately to the left of the "Property Name" field for that loan. After you have selected one or more loans, you can then click on LoanAnalyzer to begin running analyses on the selected loans. To include all loans in a portfolio in a LoanAnalyzer computation, click the box immediately to the left of the Property Name field. You can exclude any loan in a portfolio that you do not want included by clicking again on the unwanted loan's box. For more information on how the BX LoanAnalyzer function works, click here.
