Robert S. Schonefeld
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Schonefeld is Chief Executive Officer of Bridger Commercial Funding LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate finance.

Before forming Bridger, Mr. Schonefeld was Project Manager with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where he ran securitized transactions on both the buy and sell sides. Previously, Mr. Schonefeld was a senior manager of Bank of America Realty Finance Corporation's investment program in non-investment grade CMBS. He also managed Bank of America's Real Estate Syndications unit and was responsible for successfully selling over $2.2 billion in syndicated bank credit. As a Senior Manager of the bank's Real Estate Capital Markets group, he oversaw the liquidation of over $650 million in distressed commercial mortgages.

Mr. Schonefeld holds an MBA degree from San Francisco State University with a concentration in Finance.
Gregory S. Saunders
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Saunders is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridger Commercial Funding LLC. In this role, he oversees all financial, operations and strategic aspects of the firm. Mr. Saunders joined the firm in November 1998 and brings over 17 years of financial, operational and strategic leadership to the Company.

Mr. Saunders is a financial veteran of three Bay Area publicly traded companies in the real estate, specialty finance and information services arena. Mr. Saunders was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Information Group, a publicly-traded real estate online information services company in South San Francisco. Prior to this, Mr. Saunders was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transcisco Industries, Inc., an international publicly traded financial and industrial services corporation in San Francisco. Mr. Saunders' previous positions include Division Controller for PLM International and consulting engagements with Control Data Corporation and American Express.

Mr. Saunders holds an MBA degree from Harvard University.
Peter S. Grabell
Senior Vice President, Relationship Management

Mr. Grabell heads Bridger's relationship management group. He has 20 years of progressive sales and business development experience within commercial real estate, and has generated over $425 million in new business production during his career.

Prior to joining Bridger in 1998, Mr. Grabell helped GE Capital Real Estate establish one of the first electronic marketplaces for commercial real estate. Mr. Grabell also was Senior Vice President, Business Development, for Kennedy-Wilson International, a real estate marketing and investment firm. Earlier, he held financial marketing positions with two Philadelphia-based real estate investment and development companies.

Mr. Grabell received his MBA degree in Real Estate from Columbia University.
J. Gregory Smith
Senior Vice President, Origination/Securitization Manager

Mr. Smith heads Bridger's origination and securitization group. He has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.

Prior to joining Bridger, Mr. Smith was Vice President with GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for due diligence on numerous securitized transactions. In that role, Mr. Smith led teams in evaluating investment opportunities in CMBS subordinate bonds as well as underwriting and preparing assets for securitization. Prior to his association with GMACCM, Mr. Smith was with Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Services Group. Mr. Smith also has seven years of experience as a Senior Loan Officer with two mortgage banking firms in southern California.

Mr. Smith holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Paul W. O'Rear
Senior Vice President, Underwriting and Business Development

Mr. O'Rear manages Bridger's CMBS underwriting group and is also responsible for development and implementation of new products and services. The latest addition to Bridger's product array that Mr. O'Rear spearheaded was BankXchange®, a loan-trading platform facilitating sales and acquisition of CRE debt between bank clients.

Mr. O'Rear has over 20 years experience in international and domestic real estate finance. His 18 years with Bank of America included loan originations, credit quality and portfolio management, distressed asset workouts, OREO property management/disposition and distribution of real estate capital markets products. Immediately prior to joining Bridger, he spent six years managing Bank of America's Asia Commercial Real Estate program with a $1.6 billion balance sheet and production teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

Mr. O'Rear holds a degree in Economics and Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
David H. Colton
Senior Vice President, Underwriting

Mr. Colton is a senior member of Bridger's underwriting group. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, construction financing and development.

Prior to joining Bridger at its formation, Mr. Colton held various positions in banking and real estate development. Immediately prior to joining Bridger, he was affiliated with GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he evaluated loans and collateral for numerous securitized transactions. Mr. Colton spent 10 years in the real estate lending divisions at Bank of California and Crocker National Bank where he was involved in nationwide lending. At the Bank of California, Mr. Colton headed the bank's real estate loan division and was a senior member of the real estate loan committee.

Mr. Colton holds an MBA degree from the University of California.
